A beautiful strand of natural moss aquamarine, moving through watery blue-green, pale aqua, misty gray and deep moss tones. The softly polished stones graduate subtly in size, giving the necklace an organic rhythm and allowing every variation in the aquamarine to become part of the design.
At 24 inches, it has an easy, relaxed drape and enough presence to wear beautifully on its own. A gold-filled toggle clasp adds a warm contrast to the cool, sea-washed stones and is pretty enough to become part of the design rather than simply the closure.
There is something particularly coastal about moss aquamarine. Not bright tropical blue, but the quieter colors of water, marsh grass, sea glass and the shifting depths along the Carolina coast.
